It was a beautiful place, super clean, with all the facilities and stunning views. Janaka and the rest of the team were simply amazing, they were help us with the buses and where to move around. It’s a little far from the center in a quiet place but by tuk tuk takes 5 min.

The place was spotless, with great hot water and strong pressure. It had all the facilities we needed for cooking, plus laundry was available. The location is excellent—close to the city center—yet peaceful. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Tourist Rest, Cooking Classes & Tours. The comfort level was top-notch — everything was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room came with its own living room, making it feel like a full apartment rather than just a guest room. For a very reasonable price, we had a completely private space to ourselves, which we really appreciated. The location is also ideal — the area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special thanks to Nilukshan, who organized some truly extraordinary tours for us, including the Wilpattu safari, and visits to Anuradhapura and Mihintale. Each one was memorable and perfectly arranged, giving us deep insights into the history and beauty of the region. We also took part in a cooking class conducted by Malsha, which was another highlight of our stay. The class was hands-on, fun, and absolutely delicious — we learned a lot and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s more than just accommodation, it’s an experience!
