Worth the money paid. The host was very kind and sweet. She welcomed us with a welcome drink. Room was very neat . They had all basic facilities like kettle, small fridge, cutleries everything. Bathroom was also clean. They even dropped us at the airport as it is near to the airport. For the price i paid , i am super happy.

The studio was amazing value for money. Great views, extremely clean with a huge comfortable bed, balcony overlooking the beach with great views, kitchenette and great shower/bathroom. There was a welcome bowl of fresh fruit, plenty of towels, toiletries and free wifi. Camilas gave me restaurant recommendations, places of interest to visit and loaned me a bicylcle to get around. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Negombo was pretty quiet from a tourist perspective, but plenty of great food options including both local and international cuisine.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation near the airport. Antonio went above and beyond, he even picked us up from the airport at night, which was really helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with AC and hot water. One of the nice touches was the availability of food and drinks inside the house, which made things very convenient. Antonio also arranged a transfer to another city at a reasonable price and even guided us along the journey, sharing helpful insights and recommendations.

For those times when you'd rather not dine out, you can choose to cook in your kitchen. I highly recommendff this accommodation. The advantage is the proximity to the airport - about 5 minutes. Absolute top in terms of room and hotel facilities, room cleanliness and especially the personal and friendly approach of the owner. He accommodated our group at three in the morning without any problems, prepared a fantastic breakfast, without any problems extended our check-out from the hotel according to our wishes and took us to the train station in his own tuk tuk for an unbeatable price. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Good choice to stay before / after the flight. They even arranged for us late dinner at 11 pm! The room has AC, tea, coffee, drinking water, a kettle... Neat and tidy apartment with bathroom. The price is more than reasonable

The property was beautiful with lovely tropical gardens and comfortable rooms (with a fabulous outdoor bathroom). Shiraj was a lovely host who cares deeply about the property and his guests. They have created a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere and even grow an all organic garden on the property! All of the staff was helpful and hospitable during our stay and accommodated a very early morning checkout time- we wished we had more nights to spend at this hotel.
