The villa is gorgeous, plenty of space for the 5 of us. The whoops of joy as our kids explored the place said it all! Private pool, incredible food, attentive staff, wildlife all around. On our first evening, the guides took us to the red sand beach, about a 20 minute walk away. Very beautiful. You walk past a lake with baby crocs, can spot iguanas and other wildlife. Magical. We booked a safari through the hotel, the jeep was comfortable, and very reasonably priced. They packed us a breakfast to take with. The service was outstanding. We didn't want to leave.

In my opinion, this is the best place you can stay in Tangalle. It is located a little bit outside the center so calmer but still close enough so that within 5 minutes, you are in town if you wish to. Two of the most beautiful beaches of the area (Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach) are within walking distance. The place itself is absolutely great. It's a beautiful house with the hosts living on ground floor and the rooms/apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. They are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, both for a short vacation or for a longer term stay. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses have standard US/European length, so your feet won't stick out. The AC works properly and in addition there is a fan. The WiFi is perfectly stable and fast enough even for video calls. The bathroom is clean and designed in such a way so that you can take a shower without the entire floor being wet for hours. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His English is very good which makes communication easy, and he replies very quickly. They offer food at their place and rent out scooters. Given the price all of this is offered to us as guests, this place definitely deserves a 10 star review. I have already recommended coming here to friends and am certain you will be happy staying here either.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and the atmosphere is calm and refreshing. The pool area is very clean and perfect for enjoying a quiet evening while watching the sunset. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with all the basic facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my short stay enjoyable. My wife and I spent unforgettable days at the Eco Oasis Villa in Tangalle. I would call this place a perfect villa for romantic getaways — a true gift for the soul and body, nestled near the jungle, far from the road, surrounded by peace and quiet. The villa is located in a serene, secluded area, just a short walk from the beautiful Goyambokka Beach — just a few minutes' leisurely stroll and you find yourself on a superb beach with calm waters, which is quite rare for this coastline. This is our third year in the southern part of Sri Lanka, and what impressed us the most was that we felt like guests of the local flora and fauna — it was mesmerizing. We saw mongooses, peacocks, monkeys, and monitor lizards. The accommodation itself is cozy and stylish, decorated in a national eco-style with great attention to detail. High ceilings and panoramic windows! The tropical stone shower is spacious and beautifully designed. Everything was clean, spacious, and very thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the lush green garden surrounding the villa — it felt like living in the middle of the jungle, but with all the comforts, especially with the lovely veranda. The host, Dilith, is incredibly hospitable and kind, speaks excellent English (which is rare here), and helped us with everything we needed. He arranged airport transfer for an extra fee, recommended great places nearby, and even treated us to fresh fruit and coconuts! If you're looking for a place to completely relax, feel connected to nature, and still enjoy comfort — Eco Oasis in Tangalle is the perfect choice. I also rented a Mahindra scooter from him for a reasonable price — it rides like a ship on the road, heavy and very stable. The powerful air conditioner, smart switches, and multi-function shower really surprised me. The blender, toaster, and both gas and electric stove were also very useful.

It tasted amazing We booked a safari through them and they treated us with different things to our safari. This is a place who is really worth your money.

Less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and communication was easy.

I enjoyed every moment when I was at the property, I’m just sad that I didn’t get to stay longer!

Just a 2-minute walk to the beach and with groceries and food nearby, everything was super convenient. My kids enjoyed every moment, especially the open space to play. A perfect mix of relaxation and accessibility—we can’t wait to come back!
