Awesome atmosphere, great location, amazing staff. everything you could ask from a hostel. AC rooms, good beds, super clean. Kieran the volunteer did an amazing job organizing and hosting fun games and activities. You can buy your own super cheap alcohol and drink it at the hostel too.

Talalla Beach is about a 12-minute walk away along a relatively quiet street. Compared to other beaches on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, it is less crowded, making it a peaceful spot to relax.

At the apartment complex, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Sahan and has family are great hosts and made us feel very welcome, and a very friendly dog. The breakfasts were amazing! 5 minutes walk from a beach where you can swim with turtles, and a short tuktuk away from the main Dikwella town and Hirekitiya. Sahan also got us get on a direct bus to our next location which was really helpful!

The host is extremely kind and accommodating. Awesome attention! It has really great amenities and a great location. It also has a beautiful, green outdoors area, and the kitchen is a huge bonus. The room was large and comfortable and perfect for working from. I really enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend.

It was just lovely very calm and spotlessly clean great breakfast’s and wonderful kind thoughtful staff .Definitely an address to recommend.

Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The holiday home offers garden views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. The host Ruwan is super friendly and always happy to help! My dad got sick and he took us to the doctor and sorted everything out. He is also very chatty, wants to share all his knowledge about Mirissa and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great time.

We truly enjoyed our time, and we're impressed by the kind and lovely family who even organized us a perfect Yala National Park tour. The outside living room style area was the best. At night, the fireflies were incredible.

A nice place to stay in Dikwella that is conveniently located just a minutes walk to Dikwella beach, a 20 min walk to hirikitiya beach, and just 7 minutes (2 mins scooter) to turtle beach (where you are pretty much guaranteed to see turtles). The bed was comfortable, I slept well, and the surrounding was local and natury. I would say one of the main things that stood out was the friendly hosts Nimal and his wife who went out of their way to ensure it was a comfortable stay for me. They provided helpful tips on what to see and do, also arranged a scooter (which was MUCH easier than having to deal with a rental company), and Nimal saved the day getting me to my bus to Ella (whilst risking life and limb in traffic to get me on it!). If that doesn't convince you to book a few nights, their delicious traditional Sri Lankan breakfast will!
