This hotel is great, it`s comfortable and well located. I was there for one week in the second week of December and everything was amazing. The appartments were clean and comfortable, nearbey theres a bunch of restaurants and café. The whole area is very clean and safe. The staff was were kind and helpful. Very nice, clean, european-style appartment with kitchen and all the neccesary utensils, located in the block of flats, not far from the medina and Hasan tower. Has everything thats needed for tourists. Owners let us leave baggage few hours before check-in.

The property has an outdoor dining area. 1) Location: (a) Just a two minute walk to the Rabat City train station, which has connections to major tourist cities like Fes, Marrakech, Casablanca, (b) Around ten minute walk to the Rabat Medina, (c) Five minute walk to Assounna Masjid. 2) Size: Two very spacious bedrooms and living room with open kitchen/dining area. 3) Facilities: Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, good internet connection and iron with ironing board available too. 4) Balcony: With a great view of Avenue Muhammad V. 5) Toilets: Small extra WC in addition to the main bathroom, which is very convenient for bigger families. 6) Elevator/Lift: Fully functioning elevator that made it easy to get to the apartment on the 3rd floor. 7) Host: Very kind, professional and helpful. His communication was very efficient and timely. He took great care in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some fruits and chocolates or cookies. The property offers quiet street views. Great central location, 2 minutes from Central Rabat Train Station, lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. 10 minute walk from the Rabat Medina. 20 minutes to the beach or a 5 minute taxi ride. The apartment is in a classy old building, whilst the apartment has been done up to an excellent, modern standard. The owner was a true gentlemen who helped and supported our stay throughout. I would highly recommend this apartment.
