Room is nice and cozy, location is excellent (10~15min walk to the beach), staff (Julian) is really supportive and kind. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Highly recommending this place!

She made us feel not like guests, but like part of something special. The entire property is immaculately clean, with beautiful, thoughtful touches everywhere. The design is elegant and deeply French — everything from the furniture to the color palette reflects a refined and tasteful aesthetic. It’s clear that every corner was created with love and intention. The service is outstanding — attentive, yet discreet. You truly feel that people genuinely care about your comfort and experience. Mornings were a delight, especially with fresh croissants and artisan jam from a local bakery in Saint-Tropez — a small but beautiful detail that sums up the entire philosophy of the place. Located in the centre of Nice, Aparthotel 9 ALBERTI Nice Centre is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 600 metres from Plage Opera. The aparthotel features family rooms. The location was fabulous and the communication with the owner/manager was fabulous, very prompt. The unit had everything needed, nice little touches and the bottle of wine was a lovely bonus.

The units include a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, while selected rooms also offer a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher. At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. It was perfect. A lovely room with a kitchenette so it felt like an apartment. I really liked the room's decor. It was bright and relaxing at the same time. It was great to have a terrace area too - and all this just a five minute walk from the beach! Florence was very pleasant too.

The studio was spacious and in a great location — right in the heart of Vieil Antibes on the 4th floor. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were plenty of amenities, including a washing machine and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding.

We were two and it was equipped for about 6 people. Very neat, clean and spacious enough for a couple. Location is undefetable, at the heart of Antibes and steps away from the Old Town and port.
