The room is very nice, location is very good - 5 min walk to the beach, there is a sandy one for sunbathing/ swimming and a rocky one great for swimming and sunset views. 2 Supermarkets near the hotel and very good restaurants all around the area. Bus terminal a minute away, great for moving around Malta. Staff is very nice and helpfull!

Il-Girna- Modern Seaside Accommodation is located on the seafront in Marsaskala, less than 1 km from St. Thomas Bay Beach and 6.4 km from Hal Saflieni Hypogeum. It is situated 11 km from Valletta Waterfront and provides a lift. The apartment features family rooms. We stayed in "il Girna" from 29. April to 6. May 2025. and the best word to describe the apartment, Marsaskala and Malta itself is mesmerizing! To start from the apartment, it's a 60 meter square apartment (studio 1) with a fully equipped kitchen (there was also a coffee, various seasonings, oil, tee...left by the owner), the bed (king size bed plus sofa bed for two) was comfortable, big flat TV (there are sports channels!), and beautiful big balcony with Sea view (P.S. there was also a washing machine and air-conditioning). It's basically 5 minutes from the bus station to the whole of Malta! Marsaskala is a picturesque small town in the south part of Malta, it's a combination of traditional (it's quiet place with beautiful st. Thomas beach, the church of st. Anna served a holy mass multiple times every day, playgrounds, and beautiful hiking trails) and modern (various types of restaurants such as Thai, japanese, Turkish, Italian, fast food, and of course typical local cuisine). Luke, the owner, was super polite, and at the service all the time via booking massage. Check in is contactless, as the check out.

Roel Boutique B&B provides a terrace, as well as accommodation with a kitchenette in Cospicua, 2.3 km from Rinella Bay Beach. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The bed and breakfast also offers facilities for disabled guests. We really enjoyed the access to Valletta by fairy. The bus system was easy to maneuver and close by. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby thoroughly enjoyed it.

The balcony is south facing so gets the sun all day. Well positioned in Malta for travelling round the island. The hosts were very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. With tips on various places to see. Keyless entry was a great idea.

The room was spacious, clean, and carefully tidied up every day, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed, full equipment (even separate washing and drying machine in each floor), kitchen and a lovely little balcony. The owner Luke is truly amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and had no issues whatsoever. The hotel is in a perfect central location in St. Julian’s, right next to the 24/7 grocery store (Spar) with great prices, very convenient! Air conditioning in the room made our stay super comfortable during hot days. Luke, especially thank you for giving us a late check-out, it made our last day and night flight home much much much easier and enjoyable. Everything was simply excellent, and we wholeheartedly recommend Balcony Hotel to anyone looking for a 10/10 TOP stay in Malta. Without a doubt we’d choose this hotel again!
