It’s a beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable beds, a yummy breakfast served to the room and it’s 200 steps to an amazing beach! The kitchenette allowed us to cook some of our own meals.

You can prepare your own food in the kitchen before eating on the private balcony, and the aparthotel also offers a family-friendly restaurant. Oasis of tranquility. This is a faboulus place, hidden away at the outskirts of El Cuyo. There is no resturant on the property, but a basic kitchen. We went for drinks and dinner at the nearby Cancocal hotel (~100m). They have bikes that you can borrow for free, to explore the small village. We went fishing one day, highly recommended, made our own ceviche in the kitchen!

I loved my stay at Casa Cuyo, and was lucky enough to be the only guest! Carlos was kind and helpful even before I arrived, recommending the best SIM card to buy for the area. It was very clean, the pool is lovely, having a kitchen was a definite bonus. It's two blocks from the beach and about 10 minutes from the centre. Carlos also recommended a local guide, Jesús, I took two tours with him (kayaking and birdwatching tour) and cannot recommend them enough!!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Everything inside the room was good. What give it a plus for me was the private parking. I also liked the location. Downtown is very busy but this is just 2 blocks away from the main downtown road so it's a quite neighborhood.

This small hotel is a gem in Merida! Just off the beautiful Paseo Montejo and close to the parque La Plancha. Nice refreshing pool, kitchen and sitting areas for common use and beautiful gardens. Loved the decoration. Great, friendly staff. Will repeat when in Merida again!

It had been wonderful stay in casa Sol.. we had everything we needed.. Leticia is exceptionally wonderful host. She made sure we have everything. Two of our children got sick and she went out of her way to help us with proper medical care. She even went to the medical facility as a translator. We highly recommended staying in casa Sol… it is out of city, but close to everything we needed. Pool was cleaned every morning.
