Bathrooms are modern and practical. Air conditioners are present in all rooms (somewhere even two of them). There's smart TV with many streaming services available (yes, you need to login with your account). Pools and gym are fine ones with a nice view. I plan to travel to Kuala Lumpur again and thanks to such facilities I definitely plan to stay at Opus again.
