This place is beyond amazing. Interiordesign and backgarden are just stunning and it was the perfect place to kick off our Namibian Adventure. We also travelled to Botswana and they kept part of our Luggage save im the meantime. All the communication was very easy and we had a beautiful talk with Lushano and also Holly welcomed us. Its walking distance from a very good bakery, Pizza place and also Joe‘s. We will definitely come back, thanks again.

Everything was perfect for us 👍 On arrival the gate for the car was opened and after a short and warm welcome - we could enjoy the garden with pool and the apartment. As we were already traveling since a few weeks and still have a few weeks to go - we had a washing machine and a place to hang up the laundry - to sort out our dirty washing. The whole family is so lovely and helpful with tips where to go, what to do - we just enjoyed to exchange our traveling experiences etc. I can't say how much we enjoyed staying here - always a perfect place to start or end the trip around Namibia. As our flight was early in the morning - the shuttle was perfectly organized early in the morning.... Which was good, because our flight left earlier than announced 😂 😂 😂 Thanks a lot - we came as guests and left as friends.... Looking forward to our next meeting!

We had originally booked in another establishment, but this one was really awful. In ten minutes I booked at The Lofts Luxury Suites, and when we arrived we were very happy. The flat is incredible, modern, very very clean, everything is very well thought out, even the light fittings (blue). The ladies who work there are lovely. Luckily the first flat was horrible, otherwise we wouldn't have had the chance to stay at The Lofts.

The big upscale mall and restaurants are a short 700m walk in a very safe area. Airport is also not far. Never heard any noise from the roads or planes. perfect location to start your self-guided safari tour. Many of the rental companies will deliver the vehicle to you so this is a great place to start or end your holiday in Namibia. Bonnet and Eben were great attentive, helpful, and patient hosts. They even gave me a lift to the mall and provided me local knowledge of places to check out in Windhoek.
