The studio room was squeaky clean, bed was comfortable and the small kitchen was plenty for what we needed. The owners could not have been nicer! Seriously some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Very helpful, informative and most of all kind. Each room has a parking spot.

The apartment is decorated with love and very, very clean. It was equipped with everything you need. Loved the bed. There is even a Netflix account and board games for guests. The breakfast was delicious with homemade muffins and more. If you want, you can pet a cow or see some sheep and chicken. And the view on the surrounding hills is breathtaking. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We drove into downtown to eat, since recent knee surgery limited distance, but normally we would have walked. Shared bathroom is large and has an entrance from both bedrooms for easy access.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Taupo Events Centre is 16 km away. We had the perfect little lodge house right on the beach of lake Taupo. Great to see the sunset and be in a tranquil spot. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. Bron the host was very welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for the night.

A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. My stay was perfect. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and every detail had been carefully thought out. Everything was spotless and well stocked, from the candles and champagne to the bathtub amenities, plush bedding and quality soaps. The heated towel racks were a lovely extra touch. The hosts were responsive and made sure everything was seamless. I can’t wait to come back.

Bed was comfortable. TV offered a wide range of streaming options. Good stop over location from Wellington to Rotorua.

Excellent accommodation, well appointed and spacious, everything you need for a holiday stay. Great garage parking which was a bonus. Host supplied great instructions also on access etc. Top location, super close to the beautiful lake and easy walk to town..steaming bean coffee van just down the road on the lake too, win win. Highly recommend for a Taupo stay.
