We also really appreciated the separate shower room and kitchen—both were well-equipped, modern, and super clean. Everything felt fresh, cozy, and carefully prepared.

We booked this as we wanted to have a place from where we could just walk to the W6 Balcony Walk and this is right next to it. Ali and his family who live next door made us feel so very welcome and at home! The house is BIG and for just us 2 it was a little excessive haha but we had our own bedroom so that was nice. The views are beautiful. The house is comfortable. Very nice outdoor seating area in the shade. We had dinner at Ali his house and it was very good. I would recommend!

The apartment is huge and well equipped for a short or long stay. The location is ideal for visiting the heart of Nizwa and there is parking available nearby so you can venture further if you have a car as well. The wifi worked well. The host was quick to respond to messages and helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. We stayed for about a week and highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay: the traditional architecture of the house is stunning, and the rooms and facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. Lack of wifi was not perceived as a minus, but as a plus: it's a great choice to make visitors focus on the surrounding beauties and live a more authentic experience (eg by stargazing and gathering on the private fireplace). The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Finally, the location is very convenient as it's close to many of the most important trails and viewpoints of the area.
