You receive excellent communication from Alan, who knows English for instructions on where to find the apartment and what to do when arriving. The host gave a full orientation of the apartment and told me all the things I could do, and was so nice to have woken up at 4am to ensure I could exit the building after checking out. great wifi in the room, also you are able to wash your clothes and dry them quickly on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to do your own cooking if needed, and fridge space for your food. There was no one else staying at the apartment while I was there so it felt like I had the whole place to myself.

The house is a classic building with a cousy vibe. I have never been in such a well equiped kitchen like in this house. You can find everything you need. The area is safe and calm. We had that special feeling that we didn't want to leave the house. If I came back to Panamacity I will definatelly stay here again.

We loved that there was two free bottles of water in the kitchenette for us. Friendly and helpful staff. I’d recommend and stay here again.

From the balcony, that can be closed and included in the living room, there is 180 degree view over the Pacific Ocean. There is a functioning pool and fitness area on the lower floors. There is a great supermarket around 150m from the entrance to the building. It may be advised to check the specific rules about the use of the pool and fitness area before going into it. They are fair but specific. We enjoyed the entire stay overall. Thanks a lot.

Building itself is very safe and pleasant with nice fully equiped apartment and shared pool one floor up with amazing views and nicely decorated relax areas.
