All the services that they provided were exceptional like breakfast and dinner, despite of the cold weather their lodge had many features that helped us feel warm and comfortable. The food was amazing, they took into account our dietary restrictions. The only bad thing is that we didn’t stay longer.

Leonardo, Lina and their children welcomed us into their home and showed us how they live. They arranged all transport for us and we had a great communication via WhatsApp. They showed us around the islands, made us delicious breakfast and dinner, explained about their community and answered all our curious questions. The houses are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the view is truly spectacular. Thank you once again for the hospitality, it was great meeting you!

Ruben and Ana were very kind, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, showing us their community and their customs. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed, heating and a great view of the lake. We loved the outdoor area as well where we could relax in the sun and enjoy the tranquillity of the lake. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend Casa de Ana to anyone who wants an authentic and unique experience in Uros.

It is up about 3 flights of stairs which is ok unless you have mobility problems. An easy walk to the plaza and easy to catch a taxi to come back. The hills in Puno are very steep . The kitchen is filled with sunshine in the morning which we loved. We were there in early spring

Very clean and basic supplies provided. Host was great, met us at arrival and departure on our schedule to exchange keys. Location is great- it is only 2 +/- blocks to the main walking square/plaza where there are plenty of shops and restaurants and where our tour easily picked us up. It is a walk-up apartment with a circular staircase, not a problem for our group, but differently abled people should plan accordingly.

On the second floor is a living room with an impressive view of the lake. Beds they are big and comfortable. Mother and son are the owners. The son was always available. To order a taxi, take us to the store or the chicken restaurant nearby. He was close to us and early in the morning to see us off and make sure everything was ok. Great guys. Highly recommend!

This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Excellent location. Fantastic, high quality linen. Fluffy, fresh towels. Great hot water and shower pressure. Quiet in the bedroom for a great sleep. Well-equipped kitchen. Very friendly staff. The value of the room for what I paid was amazing. They even came out to meet me and carry my bags when Peru Hop dropped me off.
