There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!

At the apartment complex, every unit includes bed linen and towels. Very nice standard, very modern and clean. In a sidestreet in Miraflores, so not that noisy (though you of course hear the cars driving past). Centrally located close to everything. Safe area, even during the night. The only negative thing: You have to really air our the hot air after a shower, otherwise your towels will never dry (no ventilation system other then the windows, but that is the standard in Peru)

Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.

Close to everything. Easy to get to the main sites in Miraflores. It was clean and nice. The owner is very fast to answer any questions and the staff were wonderful. I really liked the restaurant nearby like Siete Sopas and Villa Chicken. Metro grocery store is nearby and there’s one right around the corner. I would definitely go again!

The apartment was really nice and comfortable and the location is good and a really good parking basement as well. The hosts were really friendly and did everything they could to make things as simple as possible for us. The prosess of the prepayment is really negative, but its save to give them the cash and they give a serious confirmation for the payment and can be fully trusted and are pro in everything they that they do

The room we stayed in was extraordinary big. It was very clean and we had warm shower. The area is also good. You can buy food in the same street and there are some restaurants near by. Friendly neighbourhood.
