Danny’s place made me feel safe and comfortable from the start located just a 2 or 3 min walk from some small markets and decent restaurants it was a good choice for us. The unit is in a gated guarded complex with a wonderful pool located just about 15 feet or less from the entrance to the unit. The 10-15 min walk to the beach was easy and we were happy not to be in ground zero of the nightlife. Good location , clean and very well appointed. It’s unfortunate I was not able to extend my stay this good host

Nestled in Panglao Island only 150 metres from Alona Beach, adults-only Alona’s Coral Garden Resort features air-conditioned serviced apartments, villas and bungalows with free WiFi and self-catering... We stayed in a nice one bedroom bungalow garden view. It is nice to have a living area. The internet is very fast and good to watch Netflix. The weather was with a lot rain it is nice to relax in the bungalow. The garden is very nice and a very nice big swimming pool. The restaurant only served dinner and it is the best German food and very tasty. I also celebrated my Birthday and they surprised me with cake with a candle and the staff was singing for me was so nice of them. The staff is amazing so friendly and happy. The place is very quiet and that is a big plus. There is a restaurant next door that serves breakfast and has very nice pizzas it calls vanilla sky restaurant. So for breakfast definitely go there. You can walk from the resort to the beach is like 5 minutes walk and the rest of the shops are also like 10 minutes walk. We had to stay an extra night as our ferry was cancelled and the reception was so nice to help us with everything and staying the extra night. She was so nice about it. If I ever am back will stay here again. Thank you all the staff for taking care of us and everything you are all amazing.

The place itself was just fantastic. The sunrise view each morning was just wonderful to sit and watch with a morning coffee. The host, Selina, could not have been more helpful! Other hosts could certainly learn a thing or two from her. She arranged a complimentary taxi to pick us up from the ferry port and even did the same when I had to cut my stay short a couple of days early due to unforeseen events. Some snacks were provided along with a very ample supply of drinking water which was great too! The stay here was faultless and I hope to visit again in the future! If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! You will not regret it.

We were happy to extend our stay! Felt well thought out so I never had those minor thoughts like oh I wish there was a hook there or a plug here. Had everything I personally could want. Pool is impressive and cleaned daily I believe. You could do actual laps in it and it’s gets afternoon shade which is truly pleasant. Great having the option to make your morning coffee and keep some things in the fridge. There’s no food available directly on site but rooms equipped with enough to make yourself something simple if you wanted or endless restaurants within short tuktuk distance
