We had a fantastic experience staying at Alona Apartments. The property features a well-maintained pool, and since our room was on the ground floor, it was incredibly convenient with direct access right outside our doorstep. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed—including cooking utensils and even waste separation bins for clean and efficient recycling. We especially enjoyed the small patio where we could relax and unwind. One of the best aspects of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere at night—something that’s not always easy to find in the Alona Beach area. The entire facility felt safe and welcoming, with a friendly security guard at the gate who also shared helpful local tips. The owners, Danny and Mae, were wonderful hosts. Danny personally greeted us upon arrival, which made us feel very welcomed. He was also very responsive and attentive to our messages during our stay, promptly answering any questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect—just a 5-minute walk to both Alona Beach and the main street, giving easy access to restaurants and shops while still being tucked away in a quieter area. Overall, this is an ideal place for couples and families looking for a clean, quiet, and budget-friendly stay near the beach. I’d give it a solid 10/10!

Super friendly and helpful owners and staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room, and the location is great: you're walking distance from Alona beach and in the middle of the village, but it's away from the noisy street. Fantastic little oasis on its own.

Nestled in Panglao Island only 150 metres from Alona Beach, adults-only Alona’s Coral Garden Resort features air-conditioned serviced apartments, villas and bungalows with free WiFi and self-catering... The staff were so attentive, they made our stay extra special! We were collected from the ferry and welcomed with a refreshing drink and cold cloth. The rooms are very spacious and so clean. The accommodation, pool and grounds are well maintained and our rooms were cleaned to a very high standard each day.The mini bar had an excellent selection of snacks and drinks. Laundry was great value and ready in less than 24 hours! The location is perfect, 5-10 minute walk to Alona Beach. We ate in the on-site bar and restaurant and enjoyed the convenience of this.

The property looks as posted great artwork, great view very clean and most important, the host were great. Any issues they will be available for you, even a free van ride from the pier to the room. I would highly recommended staying here. Wonderful place to stay.

Spotless and thoughtfully designed, the room offered a cozy bed and even basic cooking facilities perfect for preparing simple meals. My second floor retreat featured an expansive balcony with serene views of the courtyard and pool, where I spent evenings blissfully soaking in the natural sea breeze (no AC needed!). The staff's warm hospitality truly elevated my stay, they arranged for a nearly-new motorbike to be delivered right to the resort at very reasonable rates. With this level of comfort and convenience, I can easily see this becoming my go to long stay haven. In fact, I'm already planning to return for an extended month long getaway!

The owner is very accommodating even she far away and out of the country, she’s very detailed and very easy to please about my request, my whole family enjoys the Island of Bohol and surely will book this accommodation again whenever I come back! The location is very easy to reach alona panglao and also few minutes drive to tagbilaran city! All in was a great experience!
