The hosts were adorable, very Friendly, always smiling, very helpful, always asking what more they can do to make our stay even better, the breakfast was delicious, they help get a driver to go to the terminal at the end of our stay, they helped us book a island tour and let us cancel postpone to the next day last minute because of the rain.

Samy the owner is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed in the stay. He offered one more night and I couldn't say no! If I come back to Port Barton I'd choose this place again for sure.

The location is amazing - the beautiful coconut framed beach, with not many people around. Some boat tours come and go every now and then, but mostly we felt like the only people on that beach, apart from some fishermen families. The sea was super-clean, it was supposed to be jellyfish season, but there were very few of them around. The beach house is spacious and comfortable, Erica, the caretaker, is a great cook. She and Aica, the manager, are very helpful with organizing tours, etc., on the last night Erica and Regi, her husband, also organized a beautiful bonfire. The place is absolutely idyllic, magical. Unforgettable. Probably the best beach we have ever stayed at. Absolutely recommended. PS. The internet is decent, possible to work.

She is the kindest person and made us feel at home. Of all the nice people we have met in the Philippines, Nellie was the sweetest. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the toilet is shared with only one other room and the shower has a heater. The location is great, very near the beach. Thank you for everything Nellie!

I liked the province ambiance and quietness of the location. I managed to cook using the kitchen, just bring or buy ingredients. They sell some kitchen stuff and beverages on the fridge and breakfast. Ate, the daughter of the owner who manages the place was very accommodating and friendly. She also coordinated our motorbike 500php per day and tuktuk (50php) to the beach tho it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. However, it's quite uphill to go out of the area.

She makes sure the kitchen has drinking water at all times and she helped us with our laundry. We stayed for four nights and by the second night she asked if we wanted the room cleaned with new towels and bedding sheets. We enjoyed staying here and making fruit shakes in the morning before heading to the beach.
