Host was really clear in the instructions and willing to help with anything we needed. The house is really spacious and clearly well taken care of. The hot tub is a nice touch. The shower was perfect. We want to mention how grateful we are for the flexibility of our host, with a special request of ours... It really helped us out when we needed it. Would recommend this place to stay at. Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine was nice, fridge was nice and big.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and we received a complimentary bottle of wine that was very nice. We enjoyed having the car parked right on the door step. The apartment was very clean and everything looked new. Lots of fresh towels and a well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bed and access to a balcony area with outdoor furniture. The Aircon was very cold which was great for us and the shower had good pressure and hot water. Secure parking spot provided. We asked for self check-in as we were arriving late and Diana was very helpful with all the info we needed sent to us on WhatsApp. She was very quick to reply to any questions we had and was helpful throughout our stay. Bus stop outside which will bring you into Funchal centre. We walked down to the promenade and beach from our accommodation using a steep walking path behind the bus stop. We would be happy to stay here again.

Luis, the host, made sure everything is beyond expectations. He was quick and clear in his communication and provided all the information. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping areas, the Funchal Marina and other must-see places in Funchal are at walking distance. The aerobus 9 from the airport drops you at the Marina from where the apartment is less than 10 mins walk. Amazing experience. Highly recommended!
