The room was spacious, and the concierge staff were exceptionally friendly — they truly elevated my stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, cafés, and a shopping mall. But what stood out the most was the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in the lounge near the concierge desk while checking out. On my way to the airport, a staff member called to let me know they had found it. I rushed back and retrieved it — not a single dollar was missing. I was in such a hurry I didn’t get to thank her properly, but the humility and integrity I experienced here left a lasting impression.

She is very friendly, gave us lots of information about the city, organised cheap taxi, answered to WhatsApp questions in minutes. Her house is very good located, you can walk to park, mercado 4, historic centre easily. Supermarket is just around the corner, also lots of food options. Room with fan and aircon, kitchenette and private bathroom - all clean and shiny!!Would always come back!!
