The property is set 5.3 km from Saladan School, 5.6 km from Police Station and 12 km from Lanta Old Town. The property is located in the Saladan district. The rooms still held some privacy despite being in a dorm. The area is ideal, stunning beach close by and some lovely cafes / restaurants within walking distance. The best part of my stay was the staff. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and even sorted me out with some last minute transport to Phuket. She is amazing.

I cannot say enough about the Pond and YinDee Villas, it was a great stay - I would say especially for families, considering it was 6-7 out of 9 villas occupied by families it ended up quite fun with ability for kids to socialize in the garden/pool area. The Villa itself is not huge, but it has all the things you need, comfy bed, Kitchen ( we cooked quite a lot ) with all necessary equipment, in our case the Cooker hood was not working so it was changed next day. Pool is decent size to not feel small even if multiple people use it, the garden is green and have some sun loungers, palms and huts were to lay down and read a book. Pond( the Host) is also a great person very responsive and ready to help just ask.

At the guest house, every unit includes a desk. All units come with a kettle and a private bathroom with free toiletries, while selected rooms have a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a microwave. At the guest house, every unit comes with a seating area. Great location, everyone was super friendly and I was able to book lots of activities there directly. The room was big and very clean. Honestly just the niceness of the staff was worth the visit, but the hotel was super quiet but close to everything

The place is very huge and comfortable for a big group. My friends and I enjoyed our time here as the beach is just a walking distance from the place. Worth the money!
