The rooms were exceptionally clean, including the bathrooms, which were well-maintained. Overall, the room felt welcoming and cozy. Our family stay was absolutely fantastic. The villa was so clean and comfortable. The host was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always quick to respond and very helpful with all of our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this home. We would love to stay here again!

Check in was easy and the place is very secure. Excellent location that is close to restaurants, supermarkets, night markets and the river. Highly recommended.

The pool villa was modern, private, super clean, and even more spacious than the photos. It was perfect for our group of 8 with its private pool and rooms. In addition, staff were INCREDIBLE. They were amazingly kind and accommodating, and when they couldn’t check us in early, they offered to hold our luggage and then had their tuktuk drop us at the beach. Then, they even moved all of our luggage for our group of 8 into our villa so it was there when we were back. When we were transferring to another place after this stay, staff held our luggage again for hours and then had their tuktuk drop us and all our luggage off at our new location. We had a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!
