Very quiet, even though it's not too far from a road, because there's a waterfall that runs right next to the house. The owners are very nice and welcoming, and fantastic cooks (their southern curries and kanom jin are epic). You should probably have a car since you'll need to drive anywhere to get food (or just have the owners cook for you). No problems with wifi, house comes with a smart tv. The house is very new, clean, and relaxing to stay at.

He arranged our private transport 2 1/2 hours to the property and gave us tons of advise on things to do and see. The property manager was wonderful...arranged and delivered scooters to us, provided transport to the airport etc. The condo was well equipped, clean, spacious and on a great, quiet beach within walking distance to several restaurants. The patio was so nice to just relax on. Check out Frankies across the road for breakfast and lunch!!
