If you want to come to the south and see some of the amazing sights, we cannot recommend Dar Essadeg enough. The host is so kind and welcoming. We were extremely comfortable in the apartment, and enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a view of one of the ancient graineries. The kitchen has all you need, the bed we slept in was very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Our host was kind enough to arrange a local taxi driver who spoke English to take us around to the incredible Berber and Arab villages and castles in the area. The driver was very kind and knowledgeable about the history of the area. He took us to so many amazing sites that the more commercial tour companies won’t take you, and for a much fairer price. Again, if you want to explore the south of Tunisia, come stay here! You will feel like family, very well taken care of. We will absolutely return and stay here when we come back!

This villa is allergy-free and non-smoking. This was our best stay in Tunesia. Tarek, the host, received us in person in fluently English. It was a warm and friendly welcome. He explained everything very well and helped us with any question we had. The house is fantastic: you have your private secured parking, the house is very very big, plenty of space for a big family or if you need space to come to rest. The house is well maintained, you have a nice bed and a decent bathroom, A/C, etcetera... Our kids enjoyed it a lot, , just as we did. It is located in a quiet street, not far from the city centre. Again I want to thank Tarek to be very helpful! If you are looking somewhere to stay in Tataouine, this is the place!
