Dar Hamouda is a charming historical dar in the best and liveliest part of the Medina of Tunis. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom modern. The hosts (Mrs. Amel and her husband) were wonderful and very helpful. We particularly liked the joint breakfast where you could meet and talk to other guests at the dar. This is always a good opportunity to exchange experiences and meet people when travelling.

I had everything I needed during my stay, and the place felt really cozy—actually, it exceeded my expectations compared to the photos. The only thing I’d point out is that the place could have used a bit more cleaning, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

I have never stayed in a Studio Apartment which is so well organized and complete. Almost every thing required was available in this Studio Apartment. Appropriate size very comfortable double bed, dining table, AC, Fan, TV with cable, Very good Wifi, music System, fridge, utensils, microwave, hob, OTG, super clean Apartment and Washroom with all required items.

It‘s a sweet place in great location - an easy walk to restaurants and the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The host has put very personal touches to make guests feel welcome. We especially appreciated the generous offerings for breakfast the next day. The host was also great with communication and responded to quickly. Check in and out was easy. The place was just right for two people, and we love the outdoor seating with a he Olive tree and plants. It was very comfortable and nice. We would have loved to stay longer.

The property was in a really nice area, close to restaurants and very close to the beach. The terrace has amazing views which was lovely to sit out on. It had good facilities and wifi so overall we had a very comfortable stay.
