At the apartment complex, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. This was maybe the best property we have stayed in all Tunisia! Everything needed for a short or longer stay was available, it was super clean and in a very good location. The host was always responsive and keen to help! I recommend 200%!

Spotlessly clean, spacious and light, well appointed and with every amenity a traveller could hope for. Soaps, shampoos, makeup removers, tissues. The spacious kitchen was well outfitted for my cooking meals with good utensils and ingredients such as oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar , coffee and tea. The refrigerator was stocked with items for breakfast. Quiet. Good heating for winter, great television options. And, as good as this property is, Youssef himself outshines it with his wonderful hospitality. Chez ADAC is a gem .

We loved everything about it..the neighborhood, the distance from the village of Sidi Bou Said (just 10 minutes walking), the kindness and support of the owner. The apartment was clean, we had breakfast with fresh bread from the local bakery and hot water. The view from the roof is perfect. Beji is a very good guy who cares about his hosts.
