I stayed at Phoenix for a week with my family. We had the bigger cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. I loved having coffee on our terrace every morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had bottled water brought into our cottage every day as you cannot drink tap water there. I liked how they had a kids pool and an adult pool (even though some adults ended up bringing their kids to the adult pool, but that's on them) and the bar right next to it. There are really too many things to mention about this place, just in general it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Everything was at the high level, new, clean, convenient location, beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but if not, then it was very considerate of them to place us near the children's room where my daughter could play. ☺️ she loved it and so did we. I'd even not call it a hostel in its classic definition, because every guest has their own fully equipped "apartment-like" room. Toilets, showers, and a kitchen are common, but I encountered no problems using them. Everything was clean, well-equipped, no crowds, no smell, no noise. For me, the location is excellent. 15 minutes walk from the main rail station, 5-10 minutes walk to the city center. Special thanks to the hosts for the clear instructions on how to reach the hostel and a room. Late, up to 12 AM, check-it was also a benefit for me. The fact that with more than 1500 reviews, the hostel is rated 9.5 says it all.
