Neat apartment, elevated position with views, well equipped kitchen. I never met owners or staff but received a lot of advice online. Being just off Centreline Road it’s handy for the bus, and there is access to a path network a little further up the road. With a little planning I got to most places I wanted to go by bus and/or on foot. (If that's not your thing, you need to hire a car, taxis don’t cruise that road like they do the North shore).

Nice sunsets and a frequent visitor, green iguana, in the surrounding vegetation. We even named him Iggy, as we saw him every day from the screened in porch.

We were right on the beach and had a beautiful view of palm trees and the ocean. We had everything we needed in the room (kitchen, great TV, comfortable furniture), and we could walk into town or to the market to get what we needed. Plus, we could do laundry for free if we needed clean clothes.

The unit was spacious, clean, and had an excellent view. The extra touches, like beach towels and chairs and a cooler, were so unexpected and very much appreciated. Check in and check out were simple too. I would warn future guests to be ready for the steep roads of St John. We had a small SUV and had no problems, but these hills are way past what I'm used to driving. Just take it slow and you'll be fine. There's even parking on site, which is a big deal on St John.
