We loved the on-site amenities, including the charming fish pond, free bicycles for exploring the countryside, a fun pool table for evening games, and even a swimming pool to cool off after a day of adventures. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. But what really touched us was Hana and her team. From the first day, they treated me and my family not like guests, but like their own family. Hana arranged our airport pick-up, helped us with taxis, guided us patiently about Ninh Binh, and was always there whenever we needed anything. Their kindness, care, and genuine warmth meant more to us than we can explain in words. We didn’t just stay here — we created beautiful memories. I truly, wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ninh Binh. You won’t just find a stay here, you’ll find people who care.

The Wooden Gate has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Xuân Sơn. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving local cuisine. The family room was spacious and beautiful. The bicycles were great and we toured around the lovely area with our kids. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was super nice.

Breakfast dishes were amazing, very tasty. The family was helpful. We recommend to take a bike and ride around. Thank you!

With city views, Tam Coc Sky Bungalow is located in Ninh Binh and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Thai, Tâm, Nguyên and Trang are the nicest family, who fully welcomed us into the space. We had a great time in the bungalows and they really made our visit special. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Free bikes onsite to explore the area. Location is perfect, close to town but still away from the noise.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. This was my favourite homestay in Vietnam! The couple that own and run this homestay are so warm and friendly, and the food was amazing and good value. The fresh vegetable spring rolls were the best I had in Vietnam so I would definitely recommend ordering them. Generally just felt very authentic but also comfortable with a nice pool and gorgeous views. One thing to note is that they don't speak much English so try to send simple messages if you're contacting them in advance of your stay, but it's really not a problem they know enough to understand your needs.

We absolutely loved our time here. ​The Location: It is perfectly situated. You are only a 5-minute walk from the walking street, making it super easy to grab dinner at the night market or take a stroll by the river and pagodas. ​The Hospitality: The owner went above and beyond to help us. It creates such a warm, welcoming vibe. ​The Food & Drink: It is worth staying here just for the coffee! It was the best coffee we have had on our travels. Breakfast was a simple but delicious Banh Mi that started our day off right. ​Extras: The bike rental was excellent and made exploring the area easy. ​I honestly cannot fault this place. We will definitely be back!

At the villa complex, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. The property was excellent. I would wake up early before my kids woke up to sit outside and stare at the paddy fields. It was so peaceful. We traveled with 2 kids, 5 and 2. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We paid around 250, for the 2 room villa, which was very pricey for that area. The only drawback was, if you're travelling with little children, its a little unsafe since the villas have a pool. But the staff were so great, they were so loving, hospitable and very generous with their service especially bui nga, she went above and beyond to help us. She even kept my 2 year old with her so I could have breakfast in peace. The food was so good. It was a farm to table experience. A small feedback to the villa hosts, it would be nice to expand your menu a little bit more, if guests have to eat there every day. Since there are not many places to eat in the area. But their food is very good. I would rate this place exceptional for cleanliness, service, food, views and safety.
