Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mymy and they also spoke English really well so it was easy to communicate. The breakfast was amazing - best food in the area. A very enjoyable stay. It's a little farther out of town and we biked in every day, which was enjoyable. We easily biked to the closest beach one day - very close and easy to get to.

The property has a cute garden farmhouse feel.. nice & cozy.. very close to the old town but it's not surrounded by buildings. Nikola is the man who deserves cheers... What an amazing host! He makes you feel at home, amazing breakfast with generous quantity, free bicycle, well made and spacious, comfortable and clean rooms... Everything is just perfect.

Our room was spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. There are bicycles that can be borrowed free of charge and the center of Hoi An can be reached within 15-20 minutes of cycling.
