Boasting a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and views of the garden, Minara Private Boutique Game Lodge is situated in Dinokeng Game Reserve and features accommodation with free WiFi.

The lodge provides guests with a patio, pool views, a seating area, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and a private bathroom with bath and free toiletries. We stayed in the 2 BR villa called the Farmhouse, in a fully enclosed and secure area populated by wandering wildebeest, springbok and other birds and animals. The unit was well-spaced from other units. It was well built of concrete, tastefully furnished and supplied with high quality sheets and towels. The kitchen was generously provisioned with a multi-function oven, gas oven, and plenty of crockery and cookware, towels and rubbish bags. There was an outside under-cover dining/lounge room with a brai and spa. There were 2 large bedrooms with lockable connecting door. Contact with our hosts was virtual, but they responded quickly and were helpful. There was plenty of opportunity to spot animals from the house and on walks in the neighbourhood.

All units are fitted with air conditioning, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer and a desk. There is also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a fridge, a stovetop, and kitchenware. At the apartment complex, units have bed linen and towels. We had an absolutely lovely time at the semi-off grid cabins. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Some units feature a balcony and/or patio. What an amazing property. Communication with the owners was fantastic right from booking. The lodge was well located and easy to find, signposted clearly from every approach road. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely drink and a hot towel whilst we filled out some paperwork, and then we're promptly showed to our lodge. The property was immaculate, with a heart in petals on the bed, and other beautiful little touches for our arrival. The view from the decked area is simply stunning, and we had some incredible wildlife sightings from here alone; Giraffe, Zebra, Spotted Hyena, Warthog, Impala, Hartebeest etc! Arlington Brewery, and "The Slide" are both nearby, giving great options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks if you don't want to go to the effort yourself. We will most definitely be back!

Named after rock formations in the area, OuKlip Game Lodge is situated in the malaria free Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, 30 minutes' drive from Hammanskraal

The privately owned eco-lodge offers accommodation in tented houses. Each comes with a kichenette, en suite bathroom, veranda and a traditional boma area with a fire pit. It was just the best most relaxing experience. The staff and service is great.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. My fiancé and I had an incredible time at the property. We loved being on the door step of the wild life and got to see a family of Warthogs. We loved the hot tub and the proximity that the place was to all that Dinokeng has to offer. The place is spotless and the warm welcome made the stay one of the best! The hosts are so attentive, responsive and lovely. We will definitely be back!

Somabula Nature Reserve is 41 km from the apartment, while Mamelodi Gardens Train Station is 46 km away. Exceeded my expectations. Amazing little place with breathtaking views, kitchen/ lounge/ dining area opens onto boma. So nice and spacious fitted with all that is needed. Nyala came to eat fruit out my children's hands at the campsite. Could see zebra, ostrich and buck from our boma. Lynne was really accommodating and friendly. Kids were so chuffed to be called to come see a baby Blesbok.

The house was great, fully equipped with more than one needed for a relaxing time in in the South African bush. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful.
