The view from our balcony was stunning. Room service food and breakfast were delicious - many choices and all good. The staff was very helpful, allowed us late check out. The hotel is clean and new, comfortable bed, good TV options. Very happy with our stay

The location was fine for us as we were there just for one night for a 9am flight from Sharjah the next morning. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we were able to check in early plus our room was upgraded, which was great! They gave us advice about travel time to the airport and even arranged an early breakfast to be sent to our room so we could check out early and flagged a taxi for us too! So helpful and much appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the buffet after an afternoon walk around the local area. Fascinating to see the city change from dusk to night from the 19th floor!!
