Extremely friendly staff, very supportive and service oriented Front Desk and Lobby Lounge teams. Guest room like all areas of the hotel are very clean. Very well equipped gym and a pool big enough to really swim. Excellent breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of dishes from different Asian to European/ Continental styles. Very good coffee!! The public areas of the hotel and of the Gandaria Mall which is directly next to the hotel are both packed with beautiful and impressive pieces of contemporary art.

Incredibly handy if you need to stay close to the airport for a night. Great pool and the best breakfast. The room was large and clean. Staff at the reception is lovely.
