The Club Sheraton lounge was a nice touch

The hospitality staff are excellent in catering to the needs of guests. Special mention must be made to staff at the Club Lounge & Bromo Kafe. Chef Fitri went beyond to extend her services to us. Alfandy, Wanda, Rika, Jojok and the rest of the team really made us feel special. At the Club, Alfian, Pak Wisnu, Pak Arif and team also made us feel like Sheraton.Surabaya is our 2nd home. Truly five stars in service.

I had the pleasure of a five-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza, from August 19th to August 24th, 2023, with my wife and parents. The experience was pleasant, with attentive and polite staff making the check-in process smooth.

Most of the time we stayed in Sheraton when we come to Surabaya as the location is adjacent to the mall, make it easy to have rendezvous with friends.

The location of Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza is very good. Only 50 mtrs from Tunjungan Plaza, with shops, cinemas and restaurants. Breakfast is enormous. Local and international breakfast is availlable. Rooms are very clean, bathroom modern and spacious.

The location of this Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya is Side by Side with Mall Pakuwon which can be Advantages for Traveller. The management of the hotel is really professional, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The hotel meets the criteria for a four-star rating in terms of the amenities and services it provides and the quality of the accommodations.

The place was nice and clean. staff at the Sheraton Hotel was really nice.

Location was superb with ease of access to the Tunjungan Plaza (With a convenient lift access at level 6). The gym was sufficiently equipped with the essential items and the room was fabulous! The bed and shower facilities were up to our expectations of an hotel of Sheraton. Would visit Four Points again when in Surabaya!
