The Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort offers newly-renovated luxury hotel rooms including 2-bedroom hotel suites and family hotel rooms. Each room has a marble bathroom and a private balcony with views over the city or the Arabian Gulf, being a hotel with a beach. I am really excited to write a feedback about amazing personality who met us from the entrance and helped us with upgrade of the room, fast check in and giniune smile. The work she does makes people happy for the rest day. Such a wonderful lady Amona. Her professional work and beautiful handwriting made me more curious about her. She great us in a way we felt we are in the safe hands what we requested was taken to consideration and she made it happen in a seconds. Amona gave us 20% discount for the restaurant where we had dinner and we received a beautiful room with a look of paradise. I felt the luxury standard and service in Sheraton and Amona supper girl, and the profile of reception for my entire life. I definitely come back because oh her♥️ and bring her a gift from my country.

Located in the center of Al Ain, Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain is in direct conjunction with Hili Mall. The three-story mall features about 120 retail outlets. The property also offers an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a tennis court. It was nice experience and the staff friendly and thanks to reception guy Jaheen

The location is good. Just behind Sheraton, on the corner between several bus stops (5-6 min of walk). I was offered a lower bed in a room with its own toilet and shower. The women's room was very nice- the air conditioner was working and the shower was hot. And this is the most important thing for a traveler. The kitchen has everything you need. People come across different characters and habits. But if you plan to live in a hostel, then be prepared for the rustling of packages at night when a neighbor prepares things for the airport.

The Sheraton in Abu Dhabi is really great and had great facilities: large pool, very large and well-equipped gym,etc. Our room was cozy and the breakfast selection was very varied.

The staff- Mina, Pius, vanessa, Ahamed( the guy learning luganda, amazing),winnie & Joseph The chef, the food is Amazing. The rooms are so comfortable. This hotel made us to book their sister hotel- sheration Dubai creek. We decided now forth to stay only with the Sheraton family all the world. Thanks to this team
