Room was clean and comfortable. All staff was super friendly and helpful. Maids gave me plenty of extra water bottles for the hot weather.

Private bathrooms offer a hairdryer and warm showers. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, were superb. Helpful and knowledgeable. It's a convenient location at the airport with incredible facilities. Rooms are redone and well appointed. Afternoon tea and breakfast at the restaurant were fantastic. All around a wonderful stay.

Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway features guestrooms with 42" flat-screen TVs and free high-speed internet access. Guests can also go for a swim in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub or work out in the fitness centre. It was 5 mins from where I needed to be each day. My room was serviced everyday. Meals were great.

Also provided for guests convenience are a tour desk and currency exchange center. One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.

The hotel provides an indoor pool and a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi throughout the property. Here for hockey showcase. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped guide us when the lot was over full because of the concert this weekend. Always a smiling face and offering help if we looked lost. Never heard the other guests, quiet and restful.
