The staff was professional, friendly and genuinely appeared to want to be there. Paolia at the front desk recognized my husbands birthday and sent him a sweet treat. Everything was convenient and easy.

Guests can also go for a swim in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub or work out in the fitness centre. It was 5 mins from where I needed to be each day. My room was serviced everyday. Meals were great.

Also provided for guests convenience are a tour desk and currency exchange center. One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.
