Guests at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport can check-in for their flight and print boarding passes from on of the workstations in the hotel lobby. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool. WiFi is available in all rooms for an additional cost. Rosario at reception was simply amazing. It continued with Lex in the Club Lounge. Each guest room includes a Plush Sheraton Signature Bed with luxurious linens. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a refrigerator, moveable work desk and in-room safe. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for ample natural light and can be opened to let in fresh air. The bathroom contains a back-lit mirror. Guests in the deluxe and club level rooms enjoy bathrobes and upgraded amenities. Rooms have good soundproofing (I stayed on the 7th floor), so even when the planes fly directly over the hotel, they won`t disturb your sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. You have to swipe the room card on the elevator to choose a floor, and it only goes to that floor - helps with security. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap are all fixed to the wall, which is convenient, and none of it lingers in your hair or on your skin. It washes off easily and quickly. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The room was immaculate.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Appreciate the support the Front desk agents have given. My flight to YYZ was delayed leaving me only 6 hours to use the facility. Was offered a late check out and it was appreciated but wasn’t needed since my onward flight was at 1300 the same day. The beds were very comfy as well. Overall, it was a good stay.
