Located only a 10-minute walk from the iconic Kuta Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta offers accommodation in the heart of Kuta. Exceptional staff. Reception, house keeping, retaurant, security everyone were exceptionally good, professional and attentive. Faxilities were really good and exceptionally clean. During any trip/stay you may not like something in your room, it is mass tourism and some things may be overlooked. To me what is important is how easy it is to rectify these issues. I can assure you the staff will solve any issue communicated to them very fast and will do everything to make your stay exceptional. During my stay I got bali belly due to another restaurant and I extended my stay here and staff was very helpful and caring. I recommend this hotel because I am sure staff will make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort offers a 5-star accommodation in Bali's Kuta area. Excellent hotel resort with great location, closed to Everything, with direct excess to very big shopping center Beachwalk. Very nice rooftop area with pool, restaurant. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so great and took care of our every need. Every one we met were very very sweet and helpful, especially Elis, Endra and Nata from the Social Dining restaurant were very helpful. The Breakfast was outstanding. The rooftop pool and lounge had beautiful views. Our beachfront suite was excellent. We definitely will be back.
