Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

Their attention to details specially during breakfast is amazing. The breakfast is so good with a big Indian collection. One staff member asked me if I am coming back for breakfast the next day. When I said yes, he offered to get an Indian dish made for me. The next day, when I had completely forgotten, I saw that I was served that dish when it was not even part of that day’s menu! How did they manage that. The quality of rooms is good. The WiFi is excellent. Everything is so good here. One of my best experiences ever. I will surely use this hotel exclusively on every visit going forward.

There is so much great thing to write about the hotel and its staff but we personally feel it was a home stay experience away from a home. We have an infant son with us and we were being looked after with so much love and care. The hotel staff go beyond and over to make sure ours stay, specially for our infant son is comfortable.

Situated in the city centre, the eco-friendly accommodation Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers offers elegant and spacious air-conditioned rooms. Most welcoming and friendly staff, really they were the highlight. Hotel is lovely. Great breakfast. Comfy bed. Strong AC (maybe too strong I had to turn it off!). I'll definitely stay again next business trip to SBY
