Loved every inch of the hotel. The staff were amazing! A special thanks to Priska and Lena, they both along with their teams brought such a glow to the experience.

Like the bed in the room is so comfortable, the staffs are all soo friendly and helpful especially mas Fadil at the reception and the technician who helped my daughters room when the electricity went out at midnite.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We have stayed in many Asian hotels over the years but this hotel trumps them all. Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs. Thank you to everyone at this hotel 🙏
