The staffs are very accommodating and helpful, serene environment, tasty food and great hospitality and facilities. Excellent staff's interaction and services, prompt response and very proactive. Enjoyed my stay at this property and highly recommended.

Four Points By Sheraton Chennai OMR, prides itself to be the first hotel in OMR to open an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station. LOVED THE MENU, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT TO THE LAST DETAIL, I'D LOVE TO HAVE THEIR BREAKFAST EVERYDAY😋. The room was alright, given that the handle of the bathroom was tacky and loose but the overall experience became so mesmerizing because of the breakfast buffet, couldn't find even one minor flaw in any of the dishes, I repeat ANY OF THE DISHES!!!💓
