My stay at the hotel was excellent, the staff were wonderful and the restaurant was good too. The children's play area is nice and the swimming pools are varied and very enjoyable. The hotel's location is good and close to the twin towers. I would like to thank the receptionist (Miss Zinia)for her excellent cooperation and meeting all my needs.

The smell in the lobby was so nice & calm. The room was spacious. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. The hotel staff were nice & friendly, especially during our breakfast, Mr. Hassan remembered us and our favourite drinks even though he just met us twice as we stayed for 2 nights only. We will surely come back.
