I faced a few minor issues during my stay, but the staff handled everything so professionally and helped me in an amazing way. Special thanks to the reception team Samaher, Abdulaziz, Yazan, and Hadeel — they were always polite, professional, and welcoming with a smile. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel 🌟
