Very good for people traveling with friends or alone. Shuttle towards haram is quite convenient, while the return back was quite a mess. Excellent breakfast choices and comfortable bedding.

Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel is located in Makkah, within 1 km from Abraj Al Bait and just 570 m from Masjid al-Haram, both accessible through its 60 m private pedestrian bridge. The food and rooms are very nice

Sheraton Jeddah Hotel features a sauna, a steam bath and a landscaped pool area featuring palm trees. Situated on Corniche, the hotel is a 30-minutes drive from Red Sea coral beach. Our stay at Sheraton hotel was very pleasant, the premises, as well as our room were well kept and clean. The staff was always professional, helpful and nice. Breakfasts were phenomenal! And last but not least, the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Special thanks to the reception team Samaher, Abdulaziz, Yazan, and Hadeel — they were always polite, professional, and welcoming with a smile. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel 🌟
