Overlooking the Marmara Sea, Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel is set among an area of 40.000 m² of lush nature and features an outdoor and indoor pool. I had a truly wonderful stay. The professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff were exceptional throughout my visit. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Sertac Ergun for his outstanding support and genuine hospitality, which made my stay especially pleasant. I would also like to sincerely thank the reception team for their warm welcome, constant positivity, and willingness to assist with every request. Their friendly attitude and excellent service created a very comfortable and memorable experience.

The staff were highly trained, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.
