I'm not quite sure what kind of training employees receive but Jerry Front Desk Agent is the prime example how check in should look like after 6h ride and small problems with cc authorization- great attitude, smiling and helpful at every single step! Two thumbs up! And amazing team at the breakfast as well. Fully taken care of with great variety of food (fresh and prepared). Really good experience all the way!
