The hotel was magical, a big mountain complex as you would imagine. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and changed our rooms on demand, the rooms were nice and beds comfortable (note that it is not a double bed, but 2 simple beds put together), breakfast & dinner was amazing - buffets were very rich, they used expensive ingredients (we had wonderful beef steak and duck). Overall, the common areas are very nice, you are not bored - there are arcade games, bowling... during the summer, the outdoor pool is amazing as well with excellent cocktail service! I am absolutely amazed and can recommend this place to everyone! :) Make sure to pay 10€ extra per day for mountain view, it's worth the balcony and views ;)

It was lovely and warm and clean. The river running past was very pretty. It had all you needed for cooking etc. big bathroom with bath and shower with lovely hot water. We could put our car in the garage underneath and it was only a couple of minutes drive to free parking at the gondola. Our dog was very happy and settled there while we were skiing. We had a fabulous week and would definitely recommend it

Breakfast with diferents choices between salt and sweet. Room very confortable. Hotel position very very nearly to all that you need. Dogs are welcome 100% ( no size restrictions ) we had two dogs. The interior of the hotel is a vintage design but it’s uniformed and it’s really nice. Beautiful the bar area where take some drinks.

Just 2 km from the slopes of Soldeu and Grau Roig, Apartaments Els Llacs offer free spa access and wonderful mountain views. A private parking is available on request.

Great place, excellent kitchen with everything you need. Very friendly staff - one of our kids got sick the day before trip and we got our nonrefundable reservation easily rebooked for other dates. Sauna with great view

Everything was better then expected. Big room, nice spa, tasty breakfast and very nice restaurant with delicios food. 5 minutes by car to Funicamp. Very quit and peacefull place. Strongly recommend.

A gorgeous property in the mountains. The apartment had everything you could need. We especially took advantage of the washing machine. There is a restaurant but be aware that it isn't open for dinners. You must also be prepared and bring your food as any shops are not close. The receptionist was extremely helpful about the region. Across the road is an easy walk with art installations and 10min drive into the mountains are many trails including the the spectacular sundial accessed by a chairlift.
