Excellent location, excellent staff, we travel a lot and I can assure you that the staff of this hotel is incredible, we were delighted ! This might have been one of the greatest holidays I've been on. The staff was the nicest people I've ever encountered while travelling. Mateo, Matias, Mauricio, Mellie, Juliane (Hope I spelled everything right), all of them, even the ones I have forgotten. They all made our stay unforgettable, and the reason why we might even return to the hotel. 10/10 service, smiling all the time, and willing to talk.
