Apartment looks like in the pictures. We were on summer vacation, in August, with small baby (7.5 months old). The apartment was clean, there are enough towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We were happy with the Nespresso coffee machine, which we didn’t see in the pictures. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. An excellent location for trips to the lakes and mountains, as well as to the thermal baths. Nice park is next to the house. It is quiet during the day and night. We had a great rest and would like to come again.

We spent our vacation at Hotel Sonnenheim and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The accommodation was excellent, the service outstanding, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily, and everything is kept in perfect order. A special highlight of our experience was the food — truly top-notch! Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and presented at the highest level. It exceeded our expectations in every way and added so much to the overall experience. The owners are incredibly kind and always ready to answer any questions or help with anything you need. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious, featuring a large balcony overlooking the ski piste. The food was simple but tasty, with an excellent salad bar. They provide a heated ski room for drying boots and equipment.

Location was great due to ski lifts nearby. Breakfast and dinner was great. Staff was amazing. They even give us a free room upgrade. Saunas were also perfect and not too crowded.
